  • TCC is broken out into its 7 village sites (Ft Yukon, Grayling, Huslia, Minto, Ruby, Tok, Venetie) — each its own schedule. Timelines split: Minto & Tok complete Nov ’26 (road / Tacoma access), while the barge/air villages run to mid-2027 (fabrication parks on a schedule hold until spring ’27). Also added earlier: Kantishna (two-season build) and NVE Mt. Charleston (RFP engineering schedule).
  • CATAPULT (CEC) stays a single row — it's one schedule file covering its 7 Mini Box sites (install program, Jul–Sep ’26), unlike TCC's separate per-site files. Rule going forward: a project with multiple schedule files gets broken out; a single multi-site file stays one row.
  • Fabrication / FAT / SAT are populated wherever the source breaks them out; SAT vs "Commissioning" is reconciled under one column. Still pending PM breakout: HUC-CPRG and RG 773 commissioning, and HUC Turquoise fabrication (one date).
  • Pyramid Lake and Burnt Peak track Procurement/Fab/FAT in earlier factory schedules. NVE Mt. Charleston is engineering-stage, so build phases aren't scheduled yet.
